A woman from Battle Ground, Washington has admitted in federal court to her involvement in a drug trafficking conspiracy. Megan Farra, 39, pleaded guilty on December 2, 2025, to charges of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute various schedule IV-controlled substances, as well as possession with intent to distribute those substances. She is set for sentencing on March 3, 2026.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Rhode Island announced that Farra was part of a network that included several co-conspirators connected to an overseas drug organization. According to court documents, the group received bulk shipments of pills from their international source and repackaged them into smaller quantities for mailing to buyers across the United States. Payments were made to members involved in distributing the drugs. The conspiracy led to the importation and distribution of tens of thousands of pills containing schedule IV-controlled substances along with other prescription medications.

“The sentences imposed will be determined by a federal district judge after consideration of the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors,” according to Acting United States Attorney Sara Miron Bloom.

Assistant United States Attorney Ronald R. Gendron is prosecuting the case. The investigation was conducted by the Food and Drug Administration Office of Criminal Investigations, the United States Postal Inspection Service, and Homeland Security Investigations.
