H-1B Insights: Employers classified under the Management of Companies and Enterprises industry file 136 petitions in Rhode Island throughout 2024

Employers classified under the Management of Companies and Enterprises industry based in Rhode Island submitted 136 H-1B petitions during 2024, according to data provided by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services via the H-1B Employer Data Hub.

Of these, 135 were approved (99.3%), while one was denied (0.7%).

Meanwhile, the Finance and Insurance industry was the second largest contributor, filing 379 petitions (22% of the total), with an approval rate of 99.7%.

Compared to 2023, the Management of Companies and Enterprises sector in Rhode Island saw a 16.6% decrease in the number of H-1B petitions during 2024.
