Rhode Island man arrested on multiple domestic violence-related warrants

On Thursday, May 30, 2025, at 11:40 PM, law enforcement officers took Heriberto Guellen into custody. Guellen, aged 40 and residing at 30 Washington Street, Apartment A32 in Central Falls, Rhode Island, was arrested for multiple charges related to domestic violence.

The arrest was executed by Troopers who responded to a location on Howard Avenue in Cranston. At this site, members of the Capital Police had already detained Guellen. The charges against him included three Providence Superior Court Full Bench Warrants for failing to appear for arraignment. These warrants were connected to original charges of attempted breaking and entering, unlawful breaking and entering of a dwelling, and breaking and entering. All charges were initially filed by the Cranston Police Department.

Following his arrest, Guellen was taken to the State Police Scituate Barracks for processing. He was subsequently transferred to the Adult Correctional Institution Men’s Intake Center.
