Bulldog Notes and Notables

  • Cassidy Burns has totaled 13 assists over her last two games, including a career high seven last week at Merrimack. She leads the NEC and holds Bryant's single season record with 43 assists so far, and needs just five more helpers to break Bryant's all-time career record.
  • Peyton Woodward has scored six goals in her last two games, recording her first two career hat tricks in the process. She's raised her season total to 15, one of five Bulldogs to reach that number so far this year.
  • With a win tomorrow, the Bulldogs will clinch at least a share of the NEC regular season title for the sixth time and first under coach Brianna Roche.
Scouting the Blue Devils

  • CCSU comes into Wednesday's game with a 2-10 overall record, 1-5 in the NEC.
  • Player to Watch: Junior midfielder Olivia Gianakos leads the team with 21 goals and 24 total points, and is tied for the team lead with ten caused turnovers.
  • The Bulldogs are 13-2 all-time against the Blue Devils, including wins in their last nine matchups. The two teams' last meeting was a 22-3 Bryant win in Smithfield last April.
