Providence, RI – U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) today released the following statement on the Supreme Court decision in 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis:

“The Court that dark money built handed down a major setback to human rights today.  By granting companies a First Amendment right to discriminate against LGBTQ+ people, the Supreme Court has set a dangerous precedent.  We must continue to fight for equality for all Americans.”
