Field Athlete of the Week
 
Shannon Parks (Reading, Mass.) – Senior – Keene State
Parks was named the LEC Field Athlete of the Week after she won both the shotput (12.25m) and weight throw (15.42m) at the Tufts Jumbo Invitational Saturday. Her mark in the weight throw set a new program record, and ranks 27th in NCAA Division III this season.
 
Co-Track Athlete of the Week
 
Grace Furlong (Alstead, N.H.) – Graduate Student – Keene State
Furlong was named the LEC’s Co-Track Athlete of the Week after she won the 5,000 meters in 18:57.47 at the Tufts Invitational Saturday. Her time ranks 35th in NCAA Division III and is No. 1 in the LEC this season.
 
Kaitlyn Bernier (Dartmouth, Mass.) – Graduate Student – UMass Dartmouth
Bernier was named the LEC’s Co-Track Athlete of the Week after she won the 100-meter dash (27.16) placed fourth the 400-meter dash (1:01.19) at the Tufts Invitational Saturday. Her converted 400 time of 1:00.39 ranks 37th in NCAA Division III and is No. 1 in the LEC this season.
 
Rookie Field Athlete of the Week
 
Savannah Soleau (Niantic, Conn.) – Freshman – Keene State
Soleau was named the LEC Rookie Field Athlete of the Week after placing second in the shotput with a throw of 11.52 meters at the Tufts Jumbo Invitational. Her mark ranks fourth in the LEC this season.
 
Rookie Track Athlete of the Week
 
Janiah Young (Perkinsville, Vt.) – Freshman – Southern Maine
Young was named the LEC Rookie Track Athlete of the Week after winning the 60-meter dash (8.15) and 200-meter dash (26.98) at the MIT Tri-Meet Saturday. Her time in the 200 is second-best in the LEC.
 
Relay of the Week
 
UMass Dartmouth 4×800
The team of Alexa Van Voorhis, Tori Schweitzer Bee Greenburg and Julia Latura placed fourth at the Tufts Jumbo Invitational with a time of 11:08.91, which is seventh in New England and second in the LEC this season.
