RIPTA Launches Online Customer Satisfaction Survey
The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) is inviting the public to participate in the 10th annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. Whether passengers ride frequently or infrequently, all are invited to take the online survey. Each participant will be eligible for the chance to win a RIPTA prize pack which will include $70.00 of bus fare value on a Wave account. The survey will be available through Sunday, May 1, 2022.
